Do you pick up for free?

This is a for-profit business and because of that, we do not offer any services for free.

This business exists to eliminate unnecessary clutter and clear space for every client. Payment is simply an exchange for the service.

Any hidden fees?

All fees are disclosed upfront. The only additional fees we charge are for distance and stairs: If distance is further than 20 miles from near the JAX airport we charge a $15 fee. If more than

40 miles = a $30 fee. If there are stairs, $15 fee/per floor level.

We accept most forms of payment!

Do you offer moving services?

We are strictly a junk removal company. Although we have the means to assist in the moving process, we do not have the license nor insurance to operate in that field of work. If you have any junk to get rid of during or after your move, we gotcha!

Where do you take the stuff?

There are 3 options for disposal of the items we haul:

1) The dump

2) Recycling Centers

3) Donation Centers

Eligible donations qualify for a discount.

Do you take donations?

We are strictly a junk removal company which removes and hauls away unwanted items. We do not keep items and we are not a donation center. However, if you would like to donate an item, you can pay us for removal and earn a discount if eligable.
